1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using unikvilla.co.zw (the “Site”) and making a booking with Unik Villa, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

2.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any booking at our discretion.

2.2 Check-In and Check-Out

Standard check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

2.3 Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during booking
• Comply with the property rules and regulations
• Not exceed the maximum occupancy for their booked unit
• Be responsible for any damages caused during their stay

3. Payment Terms

All prices listed on our Site are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment via Paynow (when integrated) and other methods as specified during checkout.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary depending on the room type and season. Generally:

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in
• 50% charge for cancellations within 24-48 hours of check-in
• Full charge for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of check-in

Specific cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking.

5. Liability

Unik Villa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid for your booking.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Unik Villa and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

7. Website Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms. We reserve the right to restrict access to any part of the Site at our discretion.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these websites and encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies.

9. Modifications

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Harare, Zimbabwe.
